Crate accepts returns.  If you find yourself unhappy with the product you can return the item back to us at your own expense. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item & the condition of the item has to be in the same condition in which it was shipped out. You must also include your proof of purchase.

If you find you have ordered the wrong size you can send it back & we will either change the size or credit you.
